Doctors were amazed that I was up and walking in minimal time (2 days) on my own! Prognosis is good and I returned home among loving family and friends! I listened and meditated to ra ma da sa and listened to a cd lecture of YB...and received very healing energy from this yoga community. I will be having serious surgery on the 14th but won't know the time until the night before. Perhaps you can include me in your ra ma da.
