Yep! "Sat Kriya" in your bathtub... fill your bath 1/4 with hot water (

not burning water ) get in your tub with the Sat Kriya posture and do the Asana

for 11 minutes, you will Sweat & Sweat, Cold Toxins searing out of your body..

do this before bedtime, then dress warm and hit the sack.. good stuff..

I've done this. Sitting on a folded towel helps the knees. The water

should be up to hips at least. And as hot as you can stand it. Skin

should get a bit pink. The water turned a murky grey color. I did

sweat...alot! I was woozy afterwards so I have someone there to help

me out of the tub. A wife works fine! The next day I was well again.
