Guest guest
SAT NAM! First I´d like to say that I´m greatful for being part of this group. It helps so many people around the world, and it certenly has helped me a lot. So here´s my situation: I just finished Teacher Training last weekend and a friend (Hatha Yoga instructor) invited me to show his students Kundalini Yoga, and from there gather people to start teaching regularly. I´m from Rio de Janeiro and there´s practicaly no Kundalini Yoga here. People don´t know anything about it, and some are afraid of it. I was wondering if you could give me sugestions on kriyas/meditations to give on those "open classes" that could give the students an idea, so they can get to "meet" Kundalini Yoga for the 1st time. I have a few ideas but, with my lack of experience, I thought I should ask. I love you all!!! Thank you, Harjinder Singh Ps: Now that I finished teacher training I really feel that I´m about to start learning. I know it sounds funny after all the training, but I´m sure that dealing with students is going to be amazing! A lot more I have to learn from here! _______________ MSN Messenger: converse online com seus amigos . http://messenger.msn.com.br
