I have been following this forum for a long time and very recently started practicing ky my self with some material I have found through internet. I am out of states for a couple of months and I think I will start practicing with a teacher when I go back. For now I do the following routine in the evenings: Adi Mantra. *Sat Kriya *Kirtan Kriya *Sodarshan Chakra Kriya *currently I do the kriyas for 4 mins and I will increase as I feel comfortable. Evethough it is very recent that I started this practice, it is working great for me. I have had my kundalini opening around two years ago[hatha yoga] and no other system that I tried till now seemed to be effective for relaxing the intense energy that gives me very hard time to cope with. What I wonder is, if I should be adding more kriyas to the begining and silent meditation[do you meditate with a mantra or silent] to the end to make this routine as complete as I can and work with it with a daily commitment. Buy a book where you can find the kriya as taught by Yogi Bhajan e follow it (i.e. "Sadhana Guidlines").
