Guest guest
I'm new to this whole thing and see that silence is a big factor. Well.. i have tinnitus and every time i sit alone in a quiet place i hear a high pitched light ringing. its not horribly distracting but i was wondering if it would affect anything. thank you
Guest guest
I'm no expert but what helps me is having a fan or some sort of white noise like that. That will not catch your attention or distract you but should be just enough barely audible sound to keep the ringing down. Hope that helps, Jennifer --- timzdaman105 <timzdaman105 wrote: > I'm new to this whole thing and see that silence is > a big factor. > Well.. i have tinnitus and every time i sit alone in > a quiet place i > hear a high pitched light ringing. its not horribly > distracting but i > was wondering if it would affect anything. > > thank you > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Sat Nam ! About the tinnitus (high pitched sound) in your ears, I have the same problem. What I do is turn the sound into another sound like the saaa it sat. This enables me to go deeper as I sit in silence. Also chanting out loud is good too. The high pitched sound goes away(not away but not noticed as much)completely as you get into the other things like yoga sets, chanting, etc. Happy New Year! Guest guest
Another thing is that many many people are having the high pitched frequency noise and doctors are telling them they dont have tinnitus. But, many are finding that they are being downloaded with information from the beings from higher realms. This is what is happening in my case. For me the noise is a good thing.. Just a thought I wanted to mention. Many people's DNA is changing. Many people have suddenly become aware of this high pitch noise and ringing. Sometimes buzzing. Mine has never sounded like the buzzing. But the tones can change up or down. They are finding it isnt tinnitus at all but downloading of information. It is like being opened to information that your soul understands and receives while it waits for our consciousness to catch up on. Also, many have said it is connected to Kundalini too. I worry when I dont here it. I'm Pleiadian Starseed and I have a Guide that has shown me this. Anyway, just thought I would mention that Jewels Robert D Ashton <treezilla wrote: Sat Nam ! Guest guest
Hey, I hear the high frequency noise quite often after I do a meditation, most frequently before I go to bed, I do not hear them during the morning sadhana. I know someone has mentioned before that it’s a good practice to concentrate on the noise. When I concentrate on the noise I fall asleep easier and have cool dreams. Sometimes, right before I go to bed I see extraphysical beings in the room (with eyes close) and hear them talk. I love it it's fun times. I am still studying the phenomenon. I know I read some things about this in Robert Monroe and Waldo Viera books. They talk about it in depth. Cool meditation to try before going to bed: Survival Kit: Meditation for rough times ahead. 11 min, let me know how you feel after.
