Guest guest
Sat Nam, Is the ringing in both ears? Or just one? Do you hear it anywhere else in your head? What happens if you meditate on the ringing...try to bring all of your attention to it and listen to it only. What kind of reaction do you experience when you try that? The sound current can manifest, at times, as a high pitched sound, among other sounds as well. I've been taught that if you are experiencing tinnitus, it's usually an indicator that you need to practice meditating on the sound current and the tinnitus is drawing your attention towards that. It's the highest form of meditation and also the most challenging because of it's inherent potential to return you to the Source....so alot of resistance can arise when you try to bring all of your attention to the sound and it can be hard to conscentrate on it, due to the resistance. When Jesus told his disciples that he was leaving them "the great comforter" he was referring to the sound current. all Light, Sat Sangeet Kaur (AB, Canada) Find your next car at Canada Autos
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Do you drink coffee? I know someone who spent thousands of dollors see doctors all over the country to figure out what was the matter. When he stopped drinking coffee the ringing stopped. If you drink coffee, it is worth a try. Sat nam, Gururattana
