Guest guest
Vito, One more thing I forgot to address in your last note - I think gurupranam is a good way to ground yourself after astral travel, but probably not a particularly good posture for projection itself. maybe your instinct was to ground yourself after the meditation? It's just my instinct and I could definitely be wrong, but it seems that touching the third eye to the earth would be a gesture of bringing the consciousness back down into the body. ________ DSL – Something to write home about. Guest guest
Sat Nam Ardas, Thank you very for the invaluable advice and encouragement. What you are suggesting totally makes sense. I am acting on the grounding instinct that is counterproductive to astral projection. It would make sense for me to start working harder on my navel center to strengthen my sense of security and confront that fear. Also a good idea is to add an affirmation. I will continue working on the Astral Set with the modifications you have suggested and see how it goes. Warmest Regards, Vito (Dharam Dev) ________ DSL – Something to write home about.
