Congratulations on becoming a 'mum'!!

 

Though I don't know of a KY set to ease your morning woe's, perhaps this

will help :)

You could try a tea cup of hot water, with a few slices of organic ginger

added to it (sweeten to taste, if needed). Ginger is also used as a

preventative for motion sickness AND it's all natural...
