Guest guest
Welcome, temperancewhispers<tx_lissa_berkley It is a blessing that you are drawn to this. I have had very little background in yoga (only watching the bending/stretching of Hatha Yoga on TV), but I happened by Bikram Yoga and took quite a few classes. The physical was difficult, but even after doing 8 months of Bikram, there is soooo much more to this yoga, always learning.. so much WORK -- realizing I have not breathed to my fullest potential for the last of my 48 years! For MANY YEARS I was interested in the learning the energy fields of the body and I did not realize that KY would do it! I did just 3 Kundalini Gong classes prior to going to Summer Solstice last June. It is just amazing. I have a ways to go (in actually DOING IT), lots of work involved, but I'm so grateful for the experience and for the energies of everyone involved.
