Guest guest Posted January 14, 2006 Report Share Posted January 14, 2006 When I meditate my hands and feet get very hot.my hands get very heavy and almost cramp.I also get very hot on the top of my head and I see a green/yellow colour then purple.Sometimes I get a headache but not always.Do these things mean anything?
