Guest guest Posted January 18, 2006 Report Share Posted January 18, 2006 'true believer' seems to me your focus is more on the distractions work on becoming centered in focus myself personally changed a lot since 1970 also about when Istarted grown to where notr my meditation didnt have to be ''perfect' @ first yrs back thought meditation had to be done a certain way w/ certain results in perfect '''conditions'''!! oh what a ''wise sage'' ) evolved into more of a cotrolled free-for-all as I allow all sensory inputs to be a ''part-of'' my meditation inclusive not exclusive as a whole oneness just pass this threw to HP in form of ''conscious contact'' just have to allow my mind to let go //let God so I have become quite comfortable w/ this can also find a 'inner' focus by chanting or mantrastowards achieving this is just from personal experience, readings, & in 1970 there was a book? called ''Be Here Now'' by Baba Ram Dass [Richard Alpert]was my ''bible'' for yrs. still have a copy I ordered this on line last year two very important actions [concepts?] Breathing & Focus namaste' p.s. understand 'breathing '' big part on ''focus'' their are controlled breathing exercises in books to learn that improves 'focus' fellow adventurer & traveler Robert Osborn Photos Ring in the New Year with Photo Calendars.
