Guest guest
Sat Nam, Elaine! I'm a KY Teacher and mom of 5 kids( I had some of them at home and all). I worked till dellivery) Your body is adjusting to new needs and this may happen frequently for a while. Are you a vatta type? Well I am and as long as I stayed on a precise vatta diet I stayed very energetic and feeling the most happy, healthy and holly... but on baby #1...I delayed this process and for morning sickness what worked was umeboshi, a japanese pickled plum before breakfast on an empty stomach. Eat one or two then wait, drink water and LDB for 26 breathes and have your breakfast, stay as much as possible in quiet environments. Always imagine a blue light around you like an eggshell, a shield to protect you. Stay away from negativities, tongue up in the mouth and smile. I did my KY TTC with Subagh Kaur Khalsa. She belongs to a network to support natural childbirth( I'm a volunteer mom). I did an specialization on pregnancy. Read Janet Balaskas' Active Birth, she has a yoga tape for pregnancy as well (see: www.activebirth.com) also try these links, they were all tested by professionals and parents in order to help developing a woman's self confidence, trust and faith in her ability to give birth.: www.birthcenters.org/ http://www.homebirth.org.uk/ http://www.maternity.org/ http://www.birthworks.org/ Remember, your body has the technology needed. Smile and constantly get in touch with your inner power. May you 2 be blessed! Love and light, Dharam Kaur Brazil Kundalini for pregnancy Sat Nam, I am 10 weeks pregnant with my third child, and although delighted to becoming a mum again, I am really suffering from morning sickness! ( 24 hours! ) I am actually a hatha yoga teacher, and still doing my classes and my own practise but I am finding that this constant nausea is getting me down. Is there a kundalini set for helping to balance my hormones? Or just some good old advise from experience! Love and light Elaine
