And thanks for your response. I am a 34 yr old divorced mother of

3.

 

First I wish to say: I grew up in a pretty "harsh" environment and

I can "relate" to the post who wrote about the "the silver thread"..

although I did not experience it quite as she described .. for me I

was able to "disconnect" and go to "the energy" during traumatic

experiences (or any experiences for that matter)... But I think that

this is how I came to understand at a very early age that *I* was

not that body/person.

or any other "belief"... to me that is what has kept me alive for 34

years... to me that was always "God"
