Guest guest Posted January 25, 2006 Report Share Posted January 25, 2006 To cultivate abdominal breathing Dharam suggested breathing with a 10 to 12 pound bag for a month three times a day to train abdominal muscles for deeper breathing and consequently deeper living since life and breathing are intrinsically linked. After one month one would experience a dramtic increase in energy. I´m interested in taking the month challenge. For how long should each session with the bag last?
