A question about breathing with the rice bag

To cultivate abdominal breathing Dharam suggested breathing with a 10 to 12

pound bag for a month three times a day to train abdominal muscles for deeper

breathing and consequently deeper living since life and breathing are

intrinsically linked. After one month one would experience a dramtic increase in

energy. I´m interested in taking the month challenge. For how long should each

session with the bag last? Should we start out with 10lbs or work up to it? Sat
