My (right) ankle hurt when I'm in Sukasana making it very difficult for me to practice everyday. Could something help (apart from goden milk )? Guest guest Posted January 26, 2006 Report Share Posted January 26, 2006 Thomas: What kind of pain do you have in your right ankle? Is this coming up at other times? If it is just pain because of the posture, just practice being in the posture for short periods of time until you find your ankle gets stronger.
