Guest guest
I am new to Kundalini Yoga. I have used some DVDs and have purchased some books that I use in my practice. By reading this groups thread, I have been able to find a teacher out here in Western Mt and she has a group I can join, so I am really, really excited about that. I have such a strong positive feeling since I have been doing Kundalini, I really hope that God allows me to go in the direction of becoming a teacher and giving back to this world. I am turning 50 this year, so I feel that I found KY so that I could move in a spiritual direction the second part of my life. I have a question to pose to the group. I find currently that I am working on my throat chakra. My words are not gettting through to people for some reason this past year or more, it seems that people misunderstand what I am saying frequently. I try to be careful with what I say, but it is just bizaare what is happening. So bizaar that I know that it must be a test of my karma for me to work through. That is why I am glad to have found KY, it is an answer to my prayers because I know that this technology can give me the tools to work throught this lesson. I am working the navel chakra but I was wondering if there was any meditations that are recommended for working the throat chakra so that I can speak my thoughts clearly, conscisely and with force, yet with a gentle force. Bless you all, and thanks in advance for your input. Sat Nam Ryphka

I think you should do a good work on your lower three chakra first. Then, when your 1st, 2nd and 3rd chakra will be really firm, stable and balanced you will be able to start a nice work with your upper chakra, especially the 5th one (as a house must have strong base before building the upper floors, the same happen with our work on ourselves).
