I did a 40 day med. on the first chakra before the last tantra I attended and I remember how much hurt and anger was released. I will go back and continue for at least 40 days. It was my own impatience with my healing timeline that I stopped before my work was done!! It's funny how we try to rush the things that cannot be rushed.
