Sat Nam Gururattan,

Thank you for your reply. I have been chanting 'Akal' for a 11

minutes a day since she passed on.

Do you have anymore information about this mantra? Is it used in any

specific meditations? Is there any advice about not chanting it for

longer lengths of time?

I know it comes as a part of the Morning Sadhana Mantras for the

Aquarian Age in the chant: 'Sat Siri, Siri Akal, Siri Akal, Maha Akal,

Maha Akal, Sat Nam, Akaal Moorat, Wahe Guru'. This is the only place

I've seen it used. Since the fear of death is said to be one of our

most profound fears, underlying many others, I wondered if there is a

way to work with this mantra to help with that?

Blessings of true peace,

Krishan Shiva Kaur
