Guest guest
Sat Nam everyone, Try doing Shankh Mudra (Shell Mudra)if you are having problems that are related to the throat. 1. "Encircle your thumb with the four fingers of your right hand. At the same time, touch the right thumb to the extended middle finger of your left hand. Together, the two hands look like a conch shell. Hold your hands in front of the sternum". 2. "Do this as often and as long as you want. Or use it three times daily for 15 minutes as a course of treatment". You have to be really patient with mudras they can be time consuming. I am in the process of doing one 15 min mudra and one 40 minute mudra. I hope this helps, Peace Love and All Light, Sadhana Seva Philadelphia,PA ************************************************************** SWADJ- "MAY YOU FLOURISH AND THRIVE"
Guest guest
http://www.spiritproject.com/medicus/mudras/ is a great site I found after you told me about the shankh mudra. You will need IE to view the jave script for the gifs as FireFox can not read the script. I have been reading all that I can, and I have all of Ravi Singh/Ana Bretts DVDs for my daily workouts. I also found a local woman that just received her teachers training, and she has a course near my house. As they say, once the student is ready, the teacher will come. I am very excited about this technology. I have searched a long time, and something always seemed to be missing in your standard Yoga/Pilates courses. Maybe it is just the Americanized aspects of these programs. They emphasized the body and not the soul or the mind as the most important thing being excersized. When I stumbled upon, and really that is what happened, upon Kundalini, I felt like I had come home. Like the prodigal Child that had gone out into the world seeking fame and fortune and finding nothing but dust. Thank you again Rebecca Kundaliniyoga, Sadhana Seva <sadhana72002> wrote: > > Sat Nam everyone, > > Try doing Shankh Mudra (Shell Mudra)if you are having > problems that are related to the throat. > > 1.
