Guest guest
Dear K. > Is it possible to practice only light to moderate > meditation for relaxation and stress control without > doing any Yoga? It is possible to do whatever you choose. Do whatever is comfortable, i.e. do what you will do so that you do something. Monitor the results. If you get the results you are looking for, great. If you want more then experiment with some yoga. Monitor your results. It is through experience that we find out what works for us and what doesn't. Life is one big experiment. One thing is for sure, whatever we do there will be a result. If you like the results, keep going. If you don't, shift your practice to create another outcome. Another thing is for sure, we are each in charge of our own lives. Enjoy the laboratory of your own life and let us know the results. Blessings, Gururattana
