In my deep curiosity (I am a Leo after all so big cat, big curiosity), I went looking to see if I could find a copy of the Jaa Too Mayrai Val Hai Shabad to listen to. I found one and downloaded it... I listened to it in my office, with no head scarf on...Oh My Guru! I started trembling and the energy was so intense, I had to shut off the music. I put my hands over my head to try and compensate for not having it covered. I did not realize how powerful this stuff would be. HOLY MOLY...powerful stuff..I felt like a kid that just played with matches and accidently started a fire... that I could not put out easily. It has taken about 30 minutes for my energy to stop racing, and I only listened for less than 5 minutes. I am running out to get me a white cotton hat of any kind for the next time. YIPES!!
