SUGGESTION : WHEN SELECTING ANY MEDICINE FOR AN AILMENT, MAKE SURE THAT IT IS CURING THE THAT VERY AILMENT, AND NOT CREATING TROBLE ELSE WHERE. FOR eg MEDICINE FOR HEART SHOULD NOT CREATE AN ADVERSE EFFECT ON THE KIDNEYS. GOD BLESS N KEEP BREATHING SUNEET Autos. Looking for a sweet ride? Get pricing, reviews, & more on new and used cars. Guest guest
Sat Nam Suneet Sharma, with all due respect to your beliefs, nerves dont' conduct blood (that is the job of the veins and arteries). Nerves conduct electrical current. There are vitamins that support the work of the nerves, and deficiencies in certain vitamins can cause problems like numbness (too much of the same vitamins can cause the same symptoms, and permanent damange, so one should be careful in the use of these vitamins). Ideally one should be adjusting their diet to obtain the nutrition needed for a healthy body and mind, rather than looking for a "magical" solution in pill form. Eating properly, and listening to one's body, are part of a balanced and conscious lifestyle. blessings on your journey ovasoul Kundaliniyoga, SUNEET SHARMA <sharma_suneet99 wrote: > > SAT NAM GOD BLESS > VITANIMS ASSIST IN OPENING UP THE BLOCKED NERVES, HENCE ALLOWING COMPLETE FLOW OF BLOOD, AS THE NERVES LOOSE THE ABILITY TO MAINTAIN THE FLOW, PROBLEMS ARE ENCOUNTERED IN THE OLD AGE. Guest guest
Electrolytes created within our body cells create energy thru the sodium and postassium pumps. Proper nutrition helps. Some diseases cause an imbalance in the electrolytes and can weaken any part of our bodies........the mystery of all this creation lies within the universe.........we do not fully understand the human body and its microcosm yet. Guest guest
Sat Nam Suneet Sharma, Ovasoul and AKkama, The nervous sytem conducts electrical but how is that electricity created? It is through chemistry (not dis-similar to a battery), hence the need for proper nutrition, in general...vitamins, trace elements, minerals, proteins, enzymes, essential fatty acid, etc. We take in food and breath and through the pancreatic and other functions turn it into nutrition for the cells and into Prana. Additionally, we can experience how when the nervous system is cleared through Chiropractic adjustment of the Spine and/or through yoga, circulation will increase. I can't think of any one particular nutrient that will "strengthen" muscle as they all have some constructive effect. Maybe if you describe the details of this need a little more clearly we can be of more help. Certainly, keeping a balance between Sympathetic and Para-Sympathetic is key for overall strength and capacity to respond. We all have heard the story of the woman who is able to lift a car off of her child. That woman would have to have had a healthy reserve system (Kidney Meridian), which would not have been possible if she was constantly living from her Adrenals and not in her Heart. Living from the Adrenals is pretty much parallel to working overtime in the Sympathetic Nervous system and being able to self-correct and rejuvenate through her Parasympathetic. So what are foods/actions/postures that are good for relaxing????? Good for the Nervous system?????? These will enhance muscle strength. Guest guest
Ooops! Small point of clarity. I meant to write in the last paragraph of my previous email: Living from the Adrenals is pretty much parallel to working overtime in the Sympathetic Nervous system and *not* being able to self-correct and rejuvenate through her Parasympathetic. So what are foods/actions/postures that are good for relaxing????? Good for the Nervous system?????? These will enhance muscle strength. Dharam Millis, MA and I will add that the B vitamins (check out Brewers Yeast and Tempeh if you're vegetarian) are well known to help with the nervous system.
