Meditation for Abundance

Sat Nam All, I have been doing the meditation for abundance as

descrbed in Transitions to a Heart Centered World. It came to

mind to pump the navel center rthymically while chanting the six

short Hari s and pulling it in on the long Har. Is this ok or is it

messing with the system? I must say that I enjoyed it, but it was

a bit difficult to visualize that way. Anyone have any thoughts on

this?

All Light,

Felixe

Dear Felixe,

* That is fine and in fact the way it should be done.

and pulling it in on the long Har.

* Pull in and up using the locks. You can pull the sound up and out the top

of the head. Then let it come back down on the inhale. It may feel like you

are being showered with energy.

* But it is not required to pull the energy and sound up the spine on the

long haaar. Some like to simply relax and let the sound release and

penetrate through the body and into the aura.

I must say that I enjoyed it,

* Good.

but it was a bit difficult to visualize that way.

* Excellent. You got out of your mind and into your body. Be present to

the energy in your body and enjoy it.

* Use your sense of sight to look inside but don't try to see anything. You

will miss the experience if you fill up your space with your own thoughts

and ideas. Try to be as open and neutral as possible.

Sat nam,

Gururattana
