Yes Akkama! This would be really great for your daughter to establish her

direct connection to Yogi Bhajan and her higher self.

 

You can make it fun for her to by following the guidelines on how to

meditate on the photo:

 

 

 

Do it in a dark room with just a candle lighting up his face.

 

 

 

Yogi Bhajan is in a neutral state so whatever you or she sees is a

reflection of yourself.

 

 

**Moderators Note: Yogi Bhajan is in a state of Turiya in the photo used for

Trataka. Called the '4th state' according to yoga texts.

 

 

Invite her to ask questions and listen inwardly for the answers.

 

 

 

Be ready to listen to her experience and to welcome it whatever it is. Kids

need so much support in simply the way we listen to them, encourage them,

and show them the way they may not know exists.
