For those that persist in Sadhana, an inexorable process sets in, where you will begin to feel a kind of a inward drawing outward radiant pervasive resonance of the "I" pulsing as "I" - Then Sadhana shifts from being the yoga of yoking or practice to bring to the experience of union (i.e., non-separation with the Infinite), to the yoga of Union, wherein you "hear" the Truth resonant within you and pervasively, you recollect your Self as That Truth, and you abide as Truth - "Sat Nam." The reflected consciousness notion that "I am the body and mind" is severed and you realize and you abide as the "sun in the heart," as single spatial self-radiant consciousness.
