Guest guest
Sue: What a wonderful idea and piece of leadership!!! We don't have to all do it at the same exact time. It'd be fun of course. I think that if we all do it the same day the energies are already close enough to support each other. Imagine that we all transcend time for a moment, in that God space where there is no time. Imagine doing your yoga in that space and we'll all commune! The best thing is to remember to have fun and to do it for the love of each other! Blessings, Awtar S Rochester NY

Guest guest
hi everybody, sat nam! i'm just catching up. our group is huge! i don't have time right now to make a list. maybe it will happen tomorrow. this morning at 5am i got hit with a stomach virus - ick! but i'm going to try to do our kriya tomorrow anyway! i just feel a little too tired to make that list right now. for many of you it is already saturday. i think we should go with this date for now, we can always add another later! most people seem to be ok with saturday (the 25th). if some wish to start a 40 day on the new moon, or on 3/3, what a great idea! let's do tomorrow (today!) for now too. you guys are so awesome!! wahe guru! xxxoo, seattle sue
Guest guest
Sat Nam, all, I just did the Nabhi Kriya and though I am on the edge of a big flu - headache, throat itching, sneeze - I felt such a strong connection to all of you!!! That was really amazing, because just before I had an argument with my husband about one of our always-the-same-issues, and I felt so cut off and lonely. So I went down in my yoga room and just started to do the kriya: I really imagined all you over the world joining in in this kriya, in the chanting, each of you in his or her own time, each on on his or her path, but all of us connected, round the world. That was so beautiful!!! My navelpoint became so warm, I could let the energy flow over my whole body and I felt love pouring over me. I am still feeling this connection, and for the moment I can let go of all the small hurts which give me so often the illusion of being separate.. Love and healing to all of you. Guest guest
Sat Nam! This is fantastic that so many are joining the Sadhana club. The important thing is to do KY everyday. Now you have launched a daily sadhana practice. Nabhi Kriya is great. But for those who wish to do another set or even 5 minutes of mantra meditation, consider yourself part of this group energy. The important thing is to do something everyday. Even 5-10 minutes counts. There are other navel sets in "Transitions to a Heart-Centered World" that are excellent too. I think the idea of starting the 40 sadhana on the New Moon is a good idea. The Saturday (today) "one day hoopla" is a wonderful kickoff. If you missed Saturday, there is always Sunday to prepare for the New Moon. Nabhi Kriya can be strenuous if done for the full times. Do what you can, work up to longer times and don't over do. You can always do spinal flexes, etc as warm ups. Ideally finish with some mantra meditation for 5-11 minutes after your deep relaxation. Thanks Sue for getting this all started. Make sure you read New Millennium Being for Pisces. It is very beneficial to know what energy we are dealing with the next 2 months. Perfect time to start your 40 day Sadhana. This can be downloaded from www.yogatech.com ezine button. I will be in Austin teaching the Kundalini Rising Teacher Training through March 12th and won't check my email. "Talk to you" when I get back. Many blessings, Gururattana :+)
Guest guest
I missed out this morning but will definately start up on Monday for the new moon. Guest guest
Good day all , I enjoyed the kriya today and look foward to starting the forty days. I too plan to follow the nabhi kriya with sat nams and maybe to come back to doing sat nams during the day if pos to keep tuned in to our global KY energy :-) I know its a bit of an organisational problem with us being all over the place but I would love to do simultaneous nabhi kriya if anyone is up for it. We could do it on the first day to get off to a good start or on an ad hoc basis or whatever. sat nam Temari
