I thank everyone for sharingand creating this group experience. The feelings of the group energy did indeedamplify my personal practice. Interestingly,as I was doing my nabhi kriya I received an idea. It is only normal for some ofus to be more proficient at Nabhi Kriya than others, since some are used to itand others might have just started recently. My idea was that, if our moreadvanced yogis in the list could circulate their energy during Nabhi Kriya tothe ones who need just a wee push then this might balance out the energies. Maybeputting together everyone’s pictures into one could assist in the processof energy transfer. Guest guest
Montana Diva (Ryphka) here, I just caught up on my posts so count me in but I am starting on March 1, and will just pick up the extra day at the end. I hope that is alright, I want to get in on all this energy. Where can I get the Kriya, I googled it, so I hope I am doing the same one that everyone else is doing. This is awesome....
