Dear all:

We are all addicted to something in one form or another.

If it is not some things we put in our mouth, it is something we take in in

other ways.

Negativity is an addiction, giving advice to others when we haven't been

called to give any, trying to make others feel good. Everything we do in

order to ignore the pain inside is an addiction. So to say you have an

addiction is essentially the same as saying: I am not holy!

As with everything, you have a choice, your personality is the part of you

that is addicted, your soul is not, your higher self is not, your higher

dreams are not, God in you is not addicted. There are millions of parts of

you that are not addicted. so it's a choice to pay attention to our

personalities more than to any of our other parts. It is not because our

personalities call our attention to something that we have to respond! Don't

let your personality make the decision for you!

How?

There's a technique given to the world by Bruno Groening

(http://www.bruno-groening.de/english/) which simply says:

Think of diseases as evil, let God deal with them by tuning in to God's

healing stream. You sit and forget about diseases, addictions, hardships and

let God take care of it all the while listening to some classical music that

is calming. The request is that you only talk about diseases or addictions

you have experienced when they are gone. You are not to talk about "your

disease", "your addiction" otherwise. God can't do anything if you want to

hang on to it!

People I know who have let God take care of it this way are no longer

addicted. This practice leads people to be free of their former habits or

disease. A woman having no hearing in certain frequencies from birth within

a year of practicing this technique recover her full hearing. This was

supervised by her doctor. A friend of mine, alcoholic for 35 years, drinking

12 or more cans' of beer a day, went to such a gathering out of guilt 2

years ago. Guilt because he missed a wedding of a friend's daughter because

he was drunk. and chose to accept the invitation to the Bruno Groening

convention that year. Within a week he could face a glass of beer, take a

sip and not need to finish the glass, same with rice alcohol or any other

alcohol you put in front of him.

The short of it is: It works! We usually make life too difficult for

ourselves!

I am a local community leader facilitating this technique here in Rochester.

It is happening around the world and is offered for free. It is even

happening in Iran (not under the knowledge of the government though!)

I know the US organizer of all the Community leaders. We may be able to find

a community close to you that practices this technique.

I did not say not to use yoga anymore! Use yoga this way too by forgetting

that you don't feel whole and holy!

Blessings,
