Guest guest Posted March 11, 2006 Report Share Posted March 11, 2006 Sat Nam, Since people are having breathing issues and dharam mentioned the rice bag on stomach to promote abdominal breathing and the experiment where people experienced better concentration and breathing after 30 days, I wanted to know how long and how often everyday we do this excercise.
