Guest guest
Is it OK to start with the CD series that is offered through this site? I tend to like to work on my own. The student teacher relationship is a special experience. He or she will be able to help you through the practice just by their presence...and then there is the energy of the group you practice with! Begin the prosperity mantra and meditation "HAR" and all you need will be given to you. I can't afford_ _ _ _ _ (fill in the blank! ) is no longer in my vocabulary since Gurmukh taught me about the power of "HAR". Try it for 3 minutes daily until you find your teacher! Guest guest
Hi Stacee The DVD series Kundalini Yoga for Beginners, along with the Complete Course in Kundalini Yoga, have been specially designed by Nirvair Singh for those who do not have a teacher in their area or who, for whatever reasons, prefer to work at home. We have sold many of these sets and have had very positive feedback from satisfied students all over the planet. Others have reported that they enjoy the duality of a teacher plus the DVDs. Certainly any void can in part be filled by members of this list, whose sum total of knowledge is indeed vast and awesome. Sat Nam! Guest guest
I got that set from Yoga Tech and loooooove it!! My schedule is too squirrelly to work with traditional classes right now so I have been doing his DVDs and got my best friend and her husband on them too, we all love them. I have had great results and I¹m really happy with the DVDs.
