Dear all:

 

 

 

I forgot about these techniques when I wrote about how to let go of sex

addiction.

 

 

 

The first one is: Yogi Bhajan told us that sex is in the nose and to breathe

only through the right nostril to release horniness ( my experience, this

takes a while: 5 minutes min!).

 

 

 

The second one is: Practice the frog pose until you can do it 108 times!

Yogi Bhajan told us that this is recommended for teens to give them relief

from their hormonal changes. He added that if they can do it 108 times, to

ask them to do it again! Frog pose makes sexual energy available to the rest

of your body. Remember the energy you feel as sexual only feels that way

because it is stuck in the second chakra. Energy is energy and once it moves

elsewhere it can be used for anything else you choose: creativity,

intuition, being available to help others, unconditional love, etc etc

 

 

 

The third one I used on only one person, let's say Charlie. This is not

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. I was just trying something because

it seemed nothing else worked: I started toning through the nose over the

pubic area. Did this just a few times (a minute or so). I just trusted my

intuition for the tone to use. Then I asked Charlie how the energy was.

Charlie told me it had shifted to the naval area. So I toned over the naval

area (a minute or so). This seemed to be effective in breaking up the deep

sexual urge. Now I also noticed that Charlie's heart center had no flow in

it, almost dead. Charlie confirmed the dead feeling. I could not help open

that area in one sitting. We're working on it and it appears that inner

child work is necessary here. The little child is in total darkness, alone,

hurt from abuse. . . A little at a time the child opens up to his/her needs

and life is coming back.
