I have been managing to at least wake up early lately and this morning i managed to pull myself up out of bed before falling asleep and completed the fallowing sadhana 1. Wake up series 2. Warm up 3. Tune in 4. Sat Kriya 5. Morning call meditation (Ek ong kar...) And in the evening I do: 1. Head set (From sexuality and spirituality) 2. Tune in 3. Kirtan Kriya 4. Silent meditation This program I arranged a little while ago is finally becoming a reality, I have found it to be very benificial. Does anybody have any suggestions, certain insight regarding my program, maybe some way to get better results? If not, then how long should I do this program as is (40 days? 90 days? For as long as I live? lol). As far as sexaulity goes, I have managed to calm down my rageing labido. Thank you all so much for your support and kind words. Guest guest Posted March 19, 2006 Report Share Posted March 19, 2006 Hi Matthew An effective way to get better results is regular practice, and...giving yourself some space between each exercise e.g. between 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. of your list below. That is, relax, rest for a minute or so between each to feel the renewing energy flow; breath deeply as the benefits flow through you. As for doing this programme for as long as you live...well...you could though you may find that as you change through your practice, your needs change, and so the type of exercise or meditation you feel you want to do changes...as you develop awareness and learn to know yourself. The duration depends on your needs. You can be kind to yourself by allowing your bodies to gradually adjust to the energies, and the benefits being established. 40, 90 days or longer is your call, depending on how you feel.
