Guest guest
Sat Nam, In reply for where to begin, or how to maintain personal practice. Through personal experience of practicing with a certified teacher and also my own home practice that "I found my way home" after lots of trial and more trial (there was never an error). Your yoga practice must be experienced, and it comes in many forms, there were times I forgot that taking a deep breathe is a gift. When I first returned home from a hospital stay to recover and heal, it was hard just to breath, physically. So what better place to start my practice? The Breathe of Life, and here's what happened..... Emotions, thoughts, physical limits, you name it, I sat with it....got to know it, sense it....I really was at a place where I just had to recognize and go into those dark places, turn on the Light to see them. All the answers I had searched for outside, have been inside my heart, like the seed of a flower waiting to blossom. Trust the guidance of your heart, it will take you where you want to be. Thanks to this on-line group of generous, kind teachers and students. Sat Nam Kathleen
