Sat Nam all:

If someone can be so kind as to help me with prioritizing and scheduling my

daily KY

practice, i would greatly appreciated it. I understand that KY is a lifestyle,

but the way I

utilize it currently in my life is that I have approximately one and one half

hour in the a.m.

(maybe 2 if I get myself up early enough) to practice, and I can't seem to

follow a daily

regiment, which would make my practice much easier to follow. I seem to spend

more

time reading the books and trying to decide which set or chant I like than

actually doing

something.

So, how should I brake up this time? What's most important, sadhana, yoga

postures,

breath of fire, chanting, meditation, pranayam exercises,...etc., etc. I get

very

overwhelmed due to the huge amount of possibilities. I'm the kind of person

who, in

order to be successful in daily practice, needs to know exactly what to do each

day, and

how long to do it. For instance, is it okay to do 20 min. of sadhana? I get

stuck at the

Wahe Guru chant that goes for 22 min. and skip that. Which chant or meditation

should I

do for 40 days? How do i pick one and decide that that's the one I'm going to

focus on.

If anyone has ideas for me (as specific as possible), it would really help

me out. I

usually practice five days a week. I also need time to get in some

cardiovascular exercise,

and that cuts into the time for practice. How do you all manage your practice?

Thank you, Robert
