In that case, I'll carry on since i've only a few days left until I get to 31 mins. And then for the future I'll do 11 minutes to keep it in the flow in my life. > I have never heard this. Just do it and enjoy the experience. You > are making the mantra your friend. I like the idea of making friends with it, some how this idea softens my tendancy to get overly serious in approach to my practice :-) I really enjoyed the practice yesterday where at the beginning I sat down and thought to myself, "Now I'll sit to make friends with Ra Ma Da Sa" !!! It was a whole different easyness and simplicity with the experience. A gentle approach with less expectation on results and more one of befriending the process. Thanks! Something interesting to share with the group, was that back in December last year. I had a scan and was diagnosed with calcification in my left ovary which had my GP quite worried. I went back for a scan a few weeks ago, after having done a post White Tantra 40 day sadhana of Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say Sohung and it's not there any more! My second consultant actually seemed a bit annoyed as though I was wasting his time by having taken up an appointment for nothing. I told him I was just as suprised as he was. He thought that the previous consultant must have got the diagnosis wrong. I think otherwise ;-) If anyone knows anything about healing PCO (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) I'd be grateful for any advice.
