sat nam everyone

i started the Kundalini Yoga some time back. But i feel all the day to

just reciet the songs and the mantras. i want to send e-mails to my

friends but i don't do it. i want to do the meditation all the time.

is this good or i should do something to come out of it...

Tell your friends how good you feel and what the source of that feeling is!

 

Sing to the world your newly found bliss!

 

You are free!

 

Do the meditations how often you feel like doing them given the time you

have. At some point you will come to see there is an other phase beyond this

feeling and you'll even have to let go of the attachment to that. Let it

come on its own.

thanks for the lovely mail.

it all started with the 'International Yoga Festival' i

attended in the Rishikesh two weeks ago. I did many different form

of yoga. But i was moved by morning sadhna and Kundalini Yoga. After

doing the Kundalini Yoga i feel the energy from within. and

sometimes i feel i am totally drunk in divine. I do not want to talk

to anyone unnecessary. I love to be all alone. And still after two

week of the fest, i feel that i am still there in Rishikesh. it is a

life time experience for me.
