Guest guest Posted March 31, 2006 Report Share Posted March 31, 2006 Sit in Easy Pose. The eyes are 1/10th open, focus at the third eye point. Bend your elbos so each hand is at ear level, your palms are facing forward, flat open with your fingers pointing up. Elbows and arms are relaxed resting close to the body. Extend the toung out at it's length. Rest the top teeth on the tongue. Inhale through the mouth in a long breath so the breath comes along the sides of the tongue. As you inhale, mentally repeat "Go". Exhale through the nose and mentally repeat "Bind". (Gobind is the sustainer aspect of the creator.) Continue 3 to 11 minutes.
