Guest guest
I have recently returned to practising Kundalini Yoga after a 3 year absence. It took that long to realize I need it back in my life. I had to get lost to be found again i guess. Anyhoo....I have a couple manuals, and tapes to ease myself back in. However I remember doing this one meditation or kyria in class that really affected me and I can't find it anywhere. It has three parts I believe it began with a particular type of breath, than to cobra pose and breath, and then I think either corpse pose or one where you curl yourself up like a baby. If anyone could tell me what this is and in more detail how it is done I would truely appreciate it. Thank you, Debbie
