Guest guest
Good morning, Sat Nam I have a couple of questions that I would like some clarification on please... In our teachers trainer manual it mentions that pregnant women should NOT practice "Ishnaan" but yet in Gurmukh's book on pregnancy she suggests it... also, in our teachers manual it suggests that a woman during pregnancy should not practice "Mulbandh" yet they are encouraged to practice Kegel and... in Hari Kaur's KY book for women, in the chapter of pregnancy... the description mentions to exhale & pull in on the belly & tighten buttocks... which, the first exercise contracts the sex muscles and the other contracts the belly....so why not be able to practice mulbandh? I'd appreciate some guidance on this please... with much gratitude Jiwan Shakti Kaur
