This is very easy as I just discovered. (I assume you are running with Windows 98). Find a picture of Ammachi on a web page somewhere, position ye ole mousey pointer over it and give her a RIGHT click. Scan down the pop up box until you get to "Set as Wallpaper" and give it a click. Bing! There is Ammachi on your computer faster than you can say "OM prabhä mandala vïtäyai namaha" (Salutations to Her who is totally surrounded by divine light.) For example, try one of Colette's pictures at: http://www.bb.com.au/colette/Ammachi.html It is best to find large pictures and ones where the ratio of height to width are close to your screen. If the picture is too small, it will be very badly distorted when it gets blown up to screen size. If the ratio of the size is not quite like your screen, one dimension will be distorted. Guest guest
Yes I also downloaded off the http://www.ammachi.org site some Amma screen savers! So it plays when you leave the computer unattended & come back & get a sweet surprise! Guest guest
Sorry, Folks: AOL is acting up again. A couple of days ago I responded to Stephan's email and I see it just got broadcast a half an hour ago right after I wrote another response. Please pardon the duplication. It happens with AOL. It makes random acts of delaying some email for daze. Peter
