Guest guest
Dear Shandrika, I was very happy to find your New York Uno summary in my mailbox. While reading throu your close-up visitor story my mind and heart where moved. I am an european devotee and for us Amma is coming soon. With the prospect of meeting her in person soon I feel my connection with her strongly. Reading something like your story gives me an extra kick inside. I saw the speech also via Internet. For my taste this was a typical Amma "acting the humble woman" from India presentation. She doesn't like to hold speeches but she can do that very well. I can't understand Malayalam but I whitnessed her often while she was adressing the ashram audiance in spontanious speeches with gestures, mimiks, pauses, jokes etc. entertaining them with her outlook on certain isssues. I don't understand why she hasn't done that at the UN. She is a mystery. Being a living inspiration for many poems, speeches - a Sarasvati for inspired thinkers- she just talked down the whole beautifully composed speech in lightspeed. For people who don't know about her, this has hardly revealed much of her grand work. At times women are a mystery to me and how much more a woman who is one with the mother of all... All I can muse about this is that the mother of all, the river of love likes to communicate from heart to heart rather than from head to head. ---- Thanks again for your contribution to this forum!
