Guest guest
In a recent Satsang, Dayamritaji shared this story about Mother in Michigan in November. He said that he received a call from the house where Mother was going to stay during the program. The lady wanted to know if Mother should come in the front door or through the garage. The reason she was asking was that it had begun to snow and was getting very cold. She was concerned that it would be too cold for Mother to travel from the curb to the front door. Dayamrita had to decide this by himself, there was noone with whom to consult. He decided She should go in through the front door and hoped he had made the right decision. When Mother got to the house, she got out of the car and began to play with the snow, it was the first time She had seen it. She scooped it up in Her hands, made snowballs and threw them at the children. She marveled at the snow and said it reminded Her of the beach on full moon nights when the sand would be a snow white color. She remembered this from Her childhood when She used to walk to and from Her grandparents' house. She plunked Herself down in the snow and sat there in Her white sari for about five minutes before She got up and entered the house. A happy and blessed New Year to you all, Amalia
