Guest guest
Om Amrtesvaryai Namah!! Namaste dear sisters and brothers!!! (this appears on the other Amma list too) Many is the time when i've wished i could speak, understand and even write Malayalam...i've always wanted to understand the Holy Mother in Her own language...but She has ordained that this child be born in the west in country which is English speaking...thus i am somewhat disadvantaged in the comprehension department, unless some kind soul translates...such as the Swamijis... Anyways dear ones, when we were with our Mother in Seattle, my daughter in darshan was mystified to hear Mother saying over and over, "murruttu" or "mudduttu" or "murrudhu" or something like that. does any Malayalam speaker on the list, have any idea what Mother may have been meaning to my daughter Amrita Sree, when She said this into her ear?? We would both be so grateful, if anyone could help us with this work.... a few years back, when Mother was mainly saying things in Malayalam during darshan, a similar event had occurred, and due to the kindness of some Malayalam speakers, we figured out that Amma had been saying "darling daughter" and "darling son"... Right now Amma is gracing us with a thunderstorm in the neighbourhood, echoing off the mountains in great crashes and rumbles...with the rain just POURING down....then it moves a few miles, turns in a great circle and returns to give us another show....since it's back, i think i'll close for now and get off the comuter, shutting it down... In Her Divine Love, and in Her Service, as ever your own visvanathan Om Amrtesvaryai Namah!!
