Guest guest
I read a little booklet about Amma's Brahmasthanam Temples in South India, where her pujari's do pujas (offering ceremonies) for various beneficial effects for Amma's devotees. Apparently, instead of having a large number of images of various Gods, these temples have a central, four-sided shrine, with an image in each cardinal direction: one of Lord Shiva, one of Lord Ganesh, one of a generic, all-purpose Maha-Devi, and one of a Naga-Rajah (serpent king). This assortment can be adapted for most of the major Pujas Amma has performed. But I don't see how Vishnu is included in all this. Has anyone been to the Temples and seen how the Pujas are done? Is a smaller copy of the four-sided murthi available for one's home shrine? -- Kalipadma ______________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less!
