I attended last night's Devi Bhava in Rhode Island.... it was the third day of a 3-day retreat which, unfortunately, I could not attend in its entirety. So I got to the Bhava hall at 5:00 pm and got an early spot in line. Amma arrived promptly at 6:30 and led us through a beautiful Atma Puja and a talk.... here Bhava started at around 7:30 pm with Amma resplendent in a blue-violet sari and silver crown. By 7 am this morning, Amma had received 1800 tokens and, with each one, and with each advancing hour, She only appeared more radiant, Her darshans more spirited and laughter-filled, Her countenance more glowing. She performed two weddings after the darshans, then it was rose petal time! How powerful and beautiful a moment is this. Last night Amma initiated this child into a mantra, through Her mercy and compassion. I could only bow and weep with gratitude and love. We are all so blessed! Amma appears in Boston tomorrow for morning and evening programs to end Her US tour. Through Her grace I will be there as well, and I will share with you all about it.
