Guest guest Posted July 26, 2001 Report Share Posted July 26, 2001 I had done some websearch on Shivalingam and found the site on Hinduisntoday.com or org to be espacially very useful As Subramuniya Swamiji is a staunch Shaivite, he has a lot of articles on the specific aspects, worship and meaning on Shiva-lingam. Narmada river is a famous source of many lingams. The rocks from this riverbed are considered very auspicious. I have the information for procuring Shivalingams from India. Please write to me directly if you want this information. These Shivalingams are large in size and used only for installation in temples. Jai Ma!
