Guest guest
Helloouu .. I don't know what are the yoga happenings at amritapuri now , But She used to send one of her swami's ( DevDas Swami ) For Yoga camps in other ashrams of kerala . There the structure was little bit different compared to normal yoga way . & he told that it was told by amma to teach so .. Everyday Initially We had group chanting ( Lalitha sahasra nama ) . Then exercises were like that of karate classes beginners exercise . Moving/rotating a part of body about a joint . e.g : about wrist , elbow , shoulder joint , hip joint , neck joint .. etc almost all possible joints of body to release blockage . So it started from neck movement to feet rotation . there were Sun Salutation also .. so yah .. One sun salutation took around 5 minutes . So the generic way was .. Move/rotate a part of the body with eyes closed Watch the blood circulation over there ( In case of Sun Salutation Watch the stressed part of a particular posture ) take a deep breath & Chant a deep AUM Watch the blood circulation & virations over there , 10 seconds Watch the heart , 10 seconds Watch the brain , 10 seconds Watch the breath , 10 seconds Then movement of next part & repeat same thing .. from head to toe parts .. On those days the nergy was amazing .. You can have a try ..Hope this helps .. So if You feel that only during initial stage you felt good , now it's not much . complaint , tease & cry infront of Amma's picture with " Amma , why am I not geeting any progress now a days , are you cheating me ? ... etc .. anything ... a sort of total let go .." .. That's the easiest way ... the bhakthi marga the indirect approach ..
