Unfortunately there's no Brahmasthanam temples

in the U.S. for people to attend planetary pujas

as you could if in India. For anyone undergoing

severe dark planetary periods and would like other

ways of pacifying or strengthening planets, I

recommend Harish Johari's "Planet Meditation Kit"

with reservations. The booklet that comes with

leaves alot to be desired, but the cassettes are

pretty good to listen to while lying down going

to sleep. The extra side with alternate mantras

are not anywhere in the booklet, and even the

particular Ganesh sloka he starts each tape with

isn't in the book, and took alot of netsurfing to

find the text. The yantra cards aren't really

too helpful, compared to the copper ones they

sell at the local Indo-pak store. I think Amazon

lists the kit for $35, but I got a used one for

much less from half.com.

 

Besides Amma's temples for having pujas done,

you can also have some done by Eprarthana.com.

which I think might only be archanas rather than

the full puja, but they're a bit more affordable

for the less fortunate.
