For several months I've been using the traditional kefir culture (known as kefir grains) to culture milk into a probiotic yogurt-like beverage. I am very thankful for these wonderful symbiotic little colonies of various organisms, and I think of them almost like pets. So, I was wondering, would it be possible to have Amma bless my kefir grains during her upcoming midwest visit? Or is that too whack, and I should just be content with a hug and a smile?
