Guest guest Posted May 15, 2002 Report Share Posted May 15, 2002 About 6 - 8 months age, I received an email from a young Malayalee man who was setting up an IT company in Chennai which would do business with U.S. firms. He wanted my advice as an American on the company's name. We kept in touch and I wrote him about my thesis and Ammachi. He was skeptical about gurus. Just recently, in a conversation with his family in Northern Kerala, he found out that Ammachi was coming to his city and his mother and sister were eager to meet her. Even his very skeptical cousin had agreed to go. This morning I received the following message from him: " I spoke to my Amma the other day and she says Ammachi's visit had generated much more response from the general public than expected. The crowd was managed with token and queue system. As you told earlier, Ammachi was hugging from evening 7 to morning 7. and believe me, my Amma's token number was 7000+.
